Take a break from your day and jump into our express bootcamp! You will use kettlebells, medicine balls, and your own body to combine high intensity training, core building, and strengthening movements into a fast-paced, 45 minute class. Get a great workout, listen to great music, and meet some great people, all while increasing your core strength and stamina. Athletes of all fitness levels will benefit from this class. Class starts at 12:15 and ends at 1. We also have a shower if you need to get back to work afterwards! Join us! This class is $10, and free for first timers. Join us!
