We at CrossFit Sixtyfive100 and CrossFit Jeppis hereby invite you to the Pampas battle. Pampas battle is mainly a friendly competition amongst these two CrossFit affiliates but others can join as well. This is a partner competition and to participate you need to find a same gender partner (male/male, female/female) and sign up your team. The competition will be held at CrossFit Sixtyfive100 on Saturday 12.5.2018. A detailed schedule will be informed later but the briefing will start at 11:00 and first WOD will start at 12:00. There will be 3-4 WOD + 1 final WOD.

This competition are for those who would like to try to compete for the first time or only have been competing in some smaller competition, for example Kuntokarkelot. This is not a competition for those who are already competing on a higher level (Winter War, Karjalan Kovin, EMT and so on). In other words, this is suitable for beginners and is a perfect opportunity to compete together with a training buddy 😊

The movements will be normal CrossFit movements but no advanced movements such as Muscle-ups or HSPU or really heavy weightlifting. If you are able to do a couple of pullups (even in singles) or can can lift 50/35 kg in Clean, you will be fine.

Now you only need to register your team through WODConnect. The competition will cost 20€ for both of you (10€/person) and you will then get a Pampas Battle t-shirt 😊 Remember to write your team name, athlete names and t-shirts sizes when doing the registration.

We will also need judges and helpers during the competition, so if you don’t want to participate you can always help out in other ways. And of course we want to have a big audience as well that will cheer on the athletes 😊

If you have any questions, then please contact any of the coaches at CrossFit SixtyFive100 or CrossFit Jeppis.
