With the open finished we look forward to our intermediate RX comp on Saturday 19th May. This is an indivual competion for those who can RX most wods. Exercises on the day are:
Wall Balls, Pull Ups, Squat Clean (min weight 60/40kg), Running (typical wod distance), STOH (weight 50/30kg), KB swings (weight 24/16kg), Plate carry (weight 20/15kg), HSPU (final event only rx for men and ab mat allowed for females), over the plate burpees, DB snatch (weight 22.5/15kg), Box jumps (height 24/20"), toes to bar (final event only).
