Beginner can perform: perform pull-ups/ring rows, push-ups, and air squats, run pain free, and is healthy enough to do so in a warm environment.
Intermediate can perform: >5 pull-ups, >10 push-ups, >15 Squats in :30 and run 1 mile <10:00
Advanced: >15 Pull-ups, >30 Push-ups, >30 Squats in :60 and run 1 mile <8:00.
