Mobility is the ability to apply strength throughout a joints full range of motion.
On top of that, you should be able to do so without pain! Even if you don't CrossFit, this class is for you.
Jacob is a veteran of the Marine Corps, strongman competitor, acroyoga enthusiast, certified personal training, CrossFit coach, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in exercise science. His passion is helping people restore their body's to a pain-free state.
