Well, here we go folks! . We will meet up at the 37 and 401 car park and head to Shannonville Road. Once at the Creek I will give a safety briefing and set everyone up with a kayak, paddle, and PFD. We will start our journey down the picturesque Parks Creek. Along the route, we will wiggle our way down the river, sliding over some fallen trees and going over some little waves. The current will carry us down the creek. We will see ducks, geese, with the possibility of a beaver and maybe even some deer. Half way down the creek, we will stop for a bowl of chilli and some bread. We will then paddle through the Frink Centre, and down to the Moira River to the end of the run, O’Brien’s Bridge. With any luck, the river will be high and we will get to paddle through the trees.
