Classes meet Monday & Wednesday’s @11:15am! Full body progressive exercise program designed to create a strong, flexible body. Start with deep breathing, a bit of cardio, followed by stretches intertwined with weight training. Increase ROM , walking ability, and balance. Chairs are used for stability & all exercises can be performed seated or standing. Weights are optional. Class can be done by all levels.
