With CryptoTerminal moving onto the next phase, it's time now to discuss the future for the Monday night meetups. We would like to bring it back to more newbie-friendly focused learning and research. During the next few meetups there will be open discussion about what project we should try next.
Here are some project ideas which we are currently considering:
* Hardware lock system with RFID/NFC reader for granting access based on a shared secret. This would pair with the already complete RFID-Access-System API currently running inside Paralelni Polis.
* Geo-tagging application for finding and sharing publicly accessible bathrooms throughout a city (like Prague :D)
We welcome you to share your ideas well, so please don't be shy!
You can see our previous projects on GitHub:
This meetup is for anyone who is interested in advancing their existing programming skills. We work as a team on open source projects - peer code reviews, open discussion, self-learning, and pushing the boundaries of our skills and knowledge.
FORMAT: Group project, discussion
What you need to bring:
* Your own laptop
* A fun, creative attitude
As usual, we will be meeting at Paralelni Polis, an alternative cafe which hosts many different events relating to creativity and technology. We meet in the "CryptoLab" which is located in the basement below the cafe. If you have trouble finding us, just ask around - someone will know about us.
See you soon!
Paralelní Polis is a state-free think tank and hackerspace focused on the topics of decentralization, digital privacy, cryptoanarchy and anonymity. We are independent on state donations and your support will strengthen it.
