Join Wendy for this special free event. Meditation is very beneficial to your physical, mental and spiritual well-being. This meditation class is suitable for everyone...from the experienced meditator to the absolute beginner. We will spend approximately 30 minutes in actual meditation with time allotted for instruction and discussion. Please note that chairs will be provided as well as backjacks, cushions & blankets. You are welcome to bring your own cushion or blanket for added comfort. Please dress in layers as the temperature may fluctuate.
