Okay guys, you set our initial records a year ago and it's time for some updates!! Maybe you're back to break one of your old records, maybe you have to take back a record someone stole from you, or maybe this is your first go at the records board. No matter what we're excited to see what you guys can do!
If you or someone you know is up for the challenge, we invite you in to attempt to break our records in the following categories:
- Bench Press
- Back Squat
- Clean & Jerk
- Strict Press
- Ring Muscle-ups
- Double Unders
- Row (100m & 500m)
- Max Height Box Jump
Even if you don't want to set a record, come in for some swag, prizes, and a day full of camaraderie. We'll have open gym available for free throughout the event - feel free to hit a workout while you're in!
