“Gourmet” is defined as a cultural ideal associated with the culinary arts of fine food and drink, however, in todays world it can run the gambit from mac and cheese to foie gras; it can be simple to extravagant. Here, we are combining both elements to liven your palate and stimulate the senses. Curried White Bean Dip with Home-made Beer Bread and Coconut Shrimp; Celeriac Cannoli with Pumpkin Seed Vinaigrette and Apple Salad; Sautéed Sea Scallops in Spiced Carrot Sauce with Orecchiette and Diced Zucchini; Roasted Asparagus with Toasted Pine Nuts and Lemon Vinaigrette; Chocolate-Espresso Crème Brûlée
