Austin is welcoming the James Beard Foundation to town with an evening of Blues, Brews, and BBQ hosted by James Beard award-winning chef, Aaron Franklin of Franklin Barbecue.
Franklin will be joined by some of Austin's most buzzed-about rising culinary stars including Callie Speer of Holy Roller, Zach Hunter of The Brewer's Table, Evan LeRoy of LeRoy and Lewis, Teddy Bricker of Soursop, Josh Healy of Cane Rosso Austin, Angel Begaye of Trace and Ben Runkle from Salt & Time Butcher Shop and Salumeria. A special performance by Bobby Patterson & The Disciples.
