Local instructor Gabrielle DeFusco teaches teens how to move in new, fun ways and feel good, too! Yoga is a mind-body practice that helps build strength and flexibility and improves posture, balance, self-esteem, and concentration, all while reducing stress and anxiety. No yoga experience necessary.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one and wear modest, comfortable clothing. The library will have a limited supply of mats to use. Yoga is practiced barefoot for your safety. All parents of teen participants must sign a consent and waiver form prior to participating in the yoga class.
