There is nothing more powerful than human connection.
Strengthen the art of communication and listening.
Build trust and confidence.
Learn to let go.

Join Dr Laura Elliot & Ben Murphy with Danique Hanson & Rhys Miller for an afternoon of connection.

Danique & Rhys will guide you through an elevating practice of some fun partner Acro balances. Then we will find deep grounding and connection via breath and body as Laura & Ben guide you through some juicy partnered stretching.

Offering a blend of Circus skills & AcroYoga poses that are not only extremely fun, but will also bring a deep sense of connection and trust, as well as teach you some wonderful lessons in communication. We guarantee you will leave feeling strong and capable, and we have no doubt that you will probably surprise yourself along the way!

Then partnered stretching - because stretching is better with a buddy! It is also a great way to transcend any physical and emotional blockages you may be struggling with. Prepare to touch, and be touched. We use the “touch” that we receive to increase our awareness of our bodies, of each other, and use it to explore ways to support and be supported. You will be guided through a series of poses and stretches to facilitate stability and flexibility. A we might through in a few cheeky “in-pose” massages for the ultimate release!

This will be a fun and light-hearted exploration where there is really no leader, but rather two followers who continuously respond to each other's balance, breath, strength, and willingness to play!

NO EXPERIENCE OR PARTNER REQUIRED - just come ready to laugh and play! Perfect for anyone who loves Yoga, Acro, stretching or having fun 🧘🏼‍♀️🤸🏼‍♀️😊
