Over the course of 12 weeks you will be guided in simple and graceful practice for enhancing personal balance and wellbeing as well as discussion and reflection on topics including diet, emotional intelligence and mindful living.

Each class is one hour long and incorporates gentle asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), Serenity Yielding Meditation and uplifting reflections.
