CV Dressage is excited to host our first Fix-a-Test at the facility! Guest Judge/clinician is Judy McCoy from Station Hill Farm in Cedar Grove, NC. Cost is $40/rider and trailer ins are more than welcome!
What is a Fix a test?- Come ride a test of your choice (Disclose test to me at time of entry), spend approx 15 minutes with Judy reviewing your test and working to improve it in a mini lesson, and then ride your test again! This is a great way to get feedback on you and your horse without the expense and stress of a horse show and a great opportunity to get more ride time in a test.
About Judy- Judy McCoy Walker is an FEI rider, trainer, and the owner of Station Hill Farm, established in 1992. She earned her bronze and silver USDF medals in 1995. She acquired her strong classical dressage education working over the years with Olympian Michael Poulin, Hanoverian judge and FEI trainer Gerd Zuther, and Master horseman Alex Konyot. Judy worked for FEI rider Kathy VonErtfelda as her head rider and barn manager for eight years.
In 2014, Judy coached the dressage for the Area 4 eventing NAJYRC team. Her coaching produced the first dressage win at the young rider championships for the Area 4 team.
