Nothing pairs better than champagne and chocolate. Sip on a glass of champagne while watching one of Dallas' premier chocolatiers, Zach Townsend, teach guests the secrets of truffles.
The class begins with participants sampling a selection of fine chocolates while the chocolatier discusses the origins of chocolate and how chocolate is made. After the tasting, guests will don aprons for a fun lesson and demonstration creating sumptuous chocolate ganache as a center for classic French truffles. Participants will also hand roll dark chocolate truffles and take them home in individual boxes to enjoy, along with a copy of the recipes.
