Join us at the DANA Adobe Cultural Center for the next installment in the Sunday Speaker Series, hosted by Stephen Siemsen!

Learn about the events leading up to Mexico's victory at the Battle of Puebla, fought on May 5, 1862, and discover how it was California that initiated the annual observance of Cinco de Mayo the following year in 1863.

The talk will take place on Sunday, April 29 at 2:00 PM at the DANA Adobe Cultural Center. The talk is free for Members, $5.00 admission otherwise.
