Jane will guide you through the primary series - and give you alternative options to accomodate injuries. Jane studied Ashtanga for over 10 years with David Swenson and John Scott - and with Sri J Pattabhi Jois in 2003 and 2004 during his visits to London. She has been practicing ashtanga and vinyasa flow yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 17 years. Ashtanga is a dynamic, flowing yoga, synchronising breath and movement. Bring a mat if you have one, (there are several to borrow at the studio), a towel and water.
