WHY THE YOGIC MOVEMENT? The Yogic Movement at Seventh Heaven is designed to teach yoga to everyone from complete beginner to intermediate, to gain confidence and feel great when growing your practice and moving on the mat. If looking to step onto a yoga mat for the first time or the hundredth time; you are welcome!
The Yogic Movement encourages continuous progression and improvement through a 90 minute class of asana and prana with the flexibility where you can either block block or purchase an On Demand Card and drop into either a Wednesday or Sunday class or both!
The course is ran over 6 weeks and structured on delivering the foundations and fundamentals of yoga with correct alignment and breathing – the pay off being the blissed out meditation at end of class. No skills in life come without practice and yoga is exactly the same. We teach core postures, breaking them down to make it simple, correct for everyone to learn yet continuing to progress.
