Sensation-based work provides a framework for discovering and strengthening your body while lightening the senses and imagination. In addition to enhancing flexibility, stamina and agility in your body, this type of movement raises awareness of physical weaknesses, awakens numb areas, exposes physical fixations, and offers ways for their elimination. Instincts and impulses are improvised, and you become conscious and connect to the primal through your movement. Gain a sense of freedom and joy in a simple way - in a pleasant space accompanied by music - each person with himself and others.
