We all feel better after delicious stretches, moving our bodies, laughing with friends and working our neglected muscles. This class is for anyone who is looking to move a little more, learn some yoga basics, improve their sense of welbeing, create more ease in their body and connect with other friendly people.
We are a small group in a comfortable friendly space where you can explore movement at your own pace.
This class will be 8wks long. Please register in advance so I can save your spot.
