Simply put this session is an immersion in sound frequency that cleans the soul.
The reason why it’s called a bath is because we will feel like being submerged in sound; furthermore, it is of therapeutic nature and will take us into a theta brainwave state of deep relaxation, mental clarity and healing.
Sound Bath Meditation is an ancient practice, Tibetans have been using music instruments, considered sonic frequency technologies, for more than 2,000 years.
This 2 hours’ session shall begin with a small intro followed by dance and chanting to open our bodies and prepare our minds. Our sweet host Khaled will then proceed with playing his singing bowls before leaving us completely relaxed in total silence.
*No previous meditation experience is required, beginners are welcome
*Energy exchange LL40,000
*Session to be followed by a small gathering, fruits and tea
