Led by visiting yogi Milana, in this session you and your children will explore yoga together through dynamic sequences, partner poses, and relaxation.

Milana is a Yoga instructor, therapist and philosophy teacher. She is also a Vegan chef and healthy lifestyle coach with regular counseling practice.
Originally from Moscow, Russia; she has lived and studied in India, learnt Philosophy of Yoga in Varanasi and Himalayas as well as Yoga Therapy in South India (Kerala). She completed 3 International Yoga Alliance approved certificates and has been giving classes for different groups of varying ages and abilities.
Her style of teaching Yoga is different: she makes things fresh and fun for the students in a natural and compelling manner, that both inspires and appropriately challenges students.
She is clear in her instructions, engaging and connecting with them, and offers balanced, safe, sensible sequences that allow students to experience the extraordinary.
