Join us for an informative and interactive afternoon for all the family!
You will learn practical ways to enhance a sense of calm and contentment in your home life.
Starting with a family yoga session, you will discover the basic principles of using yoga in your home to connect, bond and foster a sense of peace for the whole family.
After this, your kids will enjoy more yoga (including snacks and a craft!) with Ruth, they will learn how to calm their mind and use breathing techniques to relax.
The adults move next door and learn about stress management with Jennifer. Learn about how our brain works, what causes us to be anxious or to lose control and what we can do about it. Learn what happens in our brain when we think negatively, how some people cope better than others and how even small changes can bring more calm and control to our lives. This sessions ends with some guided relaxation which helps embed the knowledge within the subconscious.
