The Baur's Wine Society presents it's May wine dinner, hosted by Dazzle in their Charles Burrell Room. The second in a monthly series, it will feature the wines of Kunde Family Winery, who for five generations have been producing estate-bottle wines in the heart of Sonoma County. Chef Mario Godoy of Dazzle will prepare a five - course menu paired with five different wines presented by Jeff Kunde.

Seared Diver Scallop with Lobster Cream Sauce
Duck Breast with Huckleberries, Goat Cheese, Hazelnuts and Warm Farro
Boneless Beef Shortrib with Soft Polenta and Gremolata
Chocolate Bread Pudding
All wines are current vintage releases of the Kunde Family Winery
