This workshop will take you through a basic anatomy of the core muscles, how to engage them and use yoga poses to achieve core strength and stability keeping your spine safe and strong with a feeling of lightness and length.

Both workshops are open to all levels of yoga and especially useful for teachers in understanding biomechanics of the body to help their students with issues in core strength and lower back pain.
