Jonas Kleinhans- Exercise Science major and intern at DeBar Fitness and Wellness will work with you to learn the do's and don'ts of weightlifting. Do your knees hurt when you squat? Are you tired of feeling like you're wasting money at the gym because you are not sure what do to for a workout? Are you procrastinating starting a fitness program?

Mobility, form, and technique are key for the physique you want, keeping you injury free, and will support you taking your fitness to next level.

This is an interactive clinic- Come dressed in clothes you are comfortable moving in and a water bottle.
