This technique draws knowledge and understanding from Dance, Martial Art forms and Yoga to enhance fluidity, strength, flexibility, balance, agility and focus. The technique is a free hand cardio workout process that not only works on improving the physical health and strength in the body but also aids in mental relaxation and improving concentration.
The building blocks of this technique are curated from Indian Traditional forms like Kalarippayat, Yoga, Kushthi, Mallakhamb, Chhau, kathi varase, Vajra Mushti, Thang tha, Gatka, Silambam, Varma kalai etc.
Get trained by Raam Kumar, an Actor/Performer, Teacher, Dancer, Physician and a Researcher. He has 20 years of experience in performing and 12 years of experience in teaching. His research revolves around different movement vocabularies like Kalarippayat, Yoga and Contemporary dance. He has also done his research on Body alignment ideas and treatment using Acupressure, Yoga therapy, Chiropratice and Kalari chikilsa. And, he is also a Doctor of Alternative Medicine (Post Graduate Diploma in Alternative Medicine).
