Chocolate Fade Out is 10.8% ABV and 56 IBU
This version of Fade Out has been aging in rum barrels from Skip Rock Distrillers since October. While aging we added some lightly roasted cocoa nibs. These impart a wonderful chocolate aroma with just a hint of bitterness which is balanced nicely by the Madagascar vanilla beans. Star anise adds just a slight hint of licorice flavor on the back end.
