Chef Steve will teach the techniques used to make some of their catering specialties and a chance to help prep our meal. Amanda graciously will hand out printed recipes for our menu and shopping needs. Learn to make ricotta cheese at home and utilize it to make an appetizer of herbed ricotta on toasted garlic-rubbed sourdough bread. Asparagus and fresh mozzarella stuffed chicken breast with creamy lemon spring vegetable pasta. Presented by Brendon O'Brien, their in-house craft beer, and bar manager, education on pairing three different beers with our courses. The fabulous bakery provides cannoli and coffee.
