Discover the immense benefits of meditation to reduce stress, find happiness, and clarify the mind. Class begins with a breathing meditation to relax the body and calm our busy mind. This is followed by a talk on how to apply Buddha's teachings to our everyday life, and then a second guided meditation. Everyone is welcome to join. $5-10 per class donation. Class taught by Buddhist Nun Kelsang Jindak or Buddhist Teacher Julie Scofield of Vajrapani Kadampa Buddhist Center in Orlando.
