Join us as we can finally answer the question, "Do you brew anything like a Pilsner?" with the multitude of variations of the word "Affirmative."

Liberty State Light pays homage to many things... the original culture of the area that we live in, the beauty of the park and natural habitat down the street, and gloriousness of the Lady standing guard in the Harbor outside our doors.

Liberty State Light also flips our alternate logo on her proverbial head. No longer is it the Statue of Liberty holding up your beer. It is you holding up her torch (which just also happens to contain a beer). We guess you got the better end of that deal.

A little more punch than an American Light Lager, but that wasn't what we were going for any way. Light, crisp, and clear, this easy easy drinking German-Style Pilsner builds off a bready malt bill and was fermented with a storied lager yeast, then conditioned for over a month in FV3, affectionately known as Leonardo.

Of course, we had to flavor it with some Liberty hops, but just a touch, as to not over shadow this true-to-style brew. No bitterness lingers, with just a smidge of the traditional floral and spice expected of Noble Hops.
