As much as we strive to weave in alignment instructions and educational aspects into all of our yoga classes, we also feel that an alignment-specific class will help to clarify certain principles and key actions that will make your poses shine with strength and intelligence. This class provides an opportunity to break down the physical postures into their component parts, look at common misalignments and develop good habits that will lead to an increased ability to work with your body as you move towards your potential.
