•Kids Yoga is a class to introduce children to learn basic yoga postures & breathing techniques.
•Incorporating skills of sensory awareness, managing & recognizing of emotions.
•They’ll learn interpersonal skills by working together & sharing space. Developing good habits of mindfulness & finding stillness in our daily fast paced world.
•This class offers a variety of fun & creative activities that will guide your child to a calm & relaxing environment, all with providing them the tools to be strong & increase their flexibility!
