Great class for anyone who struggles with fondant or want to learn more about how to successfully cover a cake. You will learn to cover a real Cake and also how to cover a Cake foam for competition pieces.
Please bring a 6” 2 layered Cake iced in butter cream to class and 2 lbs of white fondant.
