Yoga is the original study psychology. From our behavior to our mental and emotional states to our ability to distinguish our truth from fiction, the health of our minds is tantamount to our well being. This special 6 week series looks at a variety of tools to not only help calm the vrittis (constant movements) of the mind, but also how to help our bodies digest and eliminate the mental and emotional ama (toxins) stored in the connective tissues. The results aim for freedom, purpose, positivity, energy, clarity, joy and love. Come ready to release the old and welcome in YOUR self mastery. The world is waiting!

In This 6 Week Series We Will Study:
• using tools for accessing DHI, your higher wisdom
• how to soften the Rajas (activity) and Tamas (stuckness) in our bodies, hearts and minds
• tools for radical self-care
• using a Sankalpa, or positive resolve, to help shape your energy and purpose
• yoga nidra to release old patterns of mind
• learning how the Koshas shape our worldview and how to purify them
• a full practice including asana and meditations to access your self mastery
