Yoga Nidra is a state of awareness, where the body and mind sleep to what is finite and awaken to limitless-creative-consciousness.
This class will explore five methodologies of Para Yoga Nidra which include: healing, cognition, transformation, sankalpa-shakti and spiritual awakening.
Each class will begin with simple gentle movement and lead into a guided Yoga Nidra, traditionally experienced in savanna (supine pose). We will end with short meditation and journaling. This class is open to all level seekers.
