Yoga has served Teja Kaur (Eva) as a daily source of empowerment and inspiration for over 20 years. She trained in various traditions such as Ashtanga, Hatha and Kundalini yoga, which she weaves into classes that empower the body and mind. She is presently completing her level 2 Kundalini teacher training.
