A Vinyasa flow, starting off gentle and working into a dynamic asana practice linking breath to movement. Builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and concentration. Sequencing is often built around sun salutations variations.
While the basic structure of the class is geared towards a moderate level, you are welcome to make the class as gentle or as challenging as you like.
Our beautiful teacher, Laura Dromgold...
I began my journey in the Health and Fitness industry over 30 years ago, receiving my very first Personal Trainer~Group Fitness certification through NDEITA in 1987 (now known as NETA). Over the years I have taught a wide variety of Group Fitness classes including, but not limited to STEP, Cardio Kick, HIIT, Body Sculpting, Core Fusion, Yoga and Spinning. I am also a Personal Trainer with experience working with clients of all levels and goals ranging from weight loss and rehabilitation, to competitive body building. I have found that Yoga is a wonderful compliment to all other aspects of Health and Fitness. Throughout my Yoga training I have grown to love Vinyasa ( power) a practice using breath to promote fluidity between poses. As a teacher, I hope to combine my knowledge of the human body, and my love for yoga to guide students through a full mind-body experience. My classes focus on proper alignment and link movement to one’s breath to ultimately promote flexibility, increase mobility, build strength, and relieve stress.
