Sunday morning “Sharing the Dharma” is an opportunity for newcomers and old friends to explore the Buddha’s teachings as they are applied in our daily lives.
Topics combine ideas from Buddhism with those from the fields of positive psychology, Western philosophy, and current events. People from all faiths and backgrounds can apply the principles explored to enhance their lives.
Emily will introduce the topics and lead brief reflection meditations. With time to get a cup of tea, participants can then join in discussions, asking questions sharing experiences, and share in community fellowship.
Drop-in on any session. No background required – just come with an open mind.
All are welcome!
