Wellbeing and Meditation session for children aged 6 - 10/11 (reception - yr 6)
This 1.5 hour workshop is developed to help children feel the best they can about themselves. Activities to help build confidence and self-esteem. The workshop follow's the 7 steps of the Relax Kids Programme, Movement, Games, Yoga, Massage, Breathing, Affirmations and Relaxation, with the activities and discussions in each step carefully chosen to help children feel the best and recognise all their unique qualities and skills.
It also includes art and crafts, refreshments and some take home activities, including the skills they have learnt.
This session will have a few tips for those who have exams/national tests in May.
