It can be tricky keeping up with regular mindful practice even if our intentions are good. We can relate to this as life can be busy with so much to do, pressures & our task list!

So to help us all give each other a little boost and encourage us to get our practice back on track we are organising a FREE 45min lunchtime mindfulness session at our office in Central Edinburgh on Tues 10th April 12.30-1.15pm.
As it's a short session we will be going straight into a practice at 12.30pm, so please make sure that you arrive 5 minutes early so that you can get comfortable.
