Calling all cyclists, runners, swimmers, multisport and endurance athletes or enthusiasts. Join me for a monthly yoga class hosted by my friends at District Hardware and Bike. Come check out their new space at the Wharf while you limber up, work your core, and make some new friends.
Whether you’re a weekend rider or a triathlete in training, adding yoga to your workout routine can improve performance, prevent injury and speed recovery. Classes will focus on improving balance, core strength and flexibility.
No prior yoga experience necessary! Just bring a mat, towel, and water!
