Systematic Lifting Series...
One of the primary tools we use to build strength is the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, and the barbell.
Whether you are just starting out, want to understand the basics of movement, or looking to refine your technique, our Systematic Strength workshop will have you walking away feeling strong and confident in all of your lifts.
Our workshops are limited in size to 8 people. This allows us to keep things personal and to provide individualized feedback to all of our attendees.
In these workshops...
You will learn the training and programming strategies we use to maximize strength and build muscle.
You will learn exercises to improve posture, open up your shoulders and hips, minimize injury and prime the body for the lift movements.
You will get hands on experience and receive direct coaching feedback as you learn the keys to mastering the deadlift, squat, bench press, clean, front squat, push press.
Remember, all training experiences are welcome, beginner to advanced!
Saturday April 7th - Deadlift

Saturday June 2nd - Front Squat
Saturday June 16th - Push Press
Each Workshop - 8:00am - 9:30am / $25 per participant / Minimum 3 participants per workshop / Maximum 8 participants
