It's back!!! Queen City Cycling & Doc Sullivan's Irish Pub are teaming up again to bring you Yoga @ The Bar 3 on Sunday, April 15th at 11a! So grab your mat and a few of your best friends and head to Doc Sullivan's Abbeyfeale Room for a dynamic Power Yoga class followed by a delicious brunch and a mimosa or five :) Register at www.mindbodyonline.com under Queen City Cycling's "Enrollments" tab.
This class will be lead by our guest instructor, Janelle Kennedy. She will focus on improving flexibility and building total body strength! Janelle has designed her practice to lead the class through a nice introduction to ease into things with a full body stretch, but before you know it, everyone will be working up a good sweat! She will do a really nice cool down and meditation to end class and get you ready for your Sunday ahead! Don't worry, this class is meant for everyone, and Janelle is very familiar with all sorts of modifications, so if you're new to yoga or have a pre-existing injury, she will lead you through it!
Now the Sunday Funday part - BRUNCH! Doc Sullivan's will be providing a delicious brunch that will include waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, toast, bagles, fresh fruit and most importantly - mimosas!
$30 per person includes yoga and brunch. There will be no refunds unless cancelled 3 days prior to this event, no exceptions.
