In this hands-on workshop, you will learn various techniques in order to recreate DTC's signature painted ganache cake using real delicious ingredients. You will also learn how to temper chocolate and make DTC's signature chocolate sail. Your delicious creation is yours to take home and share with friends and family.

• How to make chocolate ganache.
• How to cut, stack and fill a round cake
• How to render smooth sides and achieve razor sharp edges on a round cake
• How to paint a ganache cake using different techniques
• How to make tempered chocolate sails
• How to paint sails with metallic colours
• How to install sails onto a cake securely
• Many tips and tricks
