Learn how to cleanse and support the digestive system with yoga and herbs. Learn yoga kriyas (cleanses), breathing practices and postures to help cleanse support and stimulate the digestive system. Awaken your digestion with herbal tonics, diet and supplements. The day will include a healthy lunch, and a herbal tonic and supplements to take home and continue the cleanse with.
