As you know you can live without food for up to 40 days, without water for three days, yet we can die after just a few minutes of not breathing. So how important The Breath really is ? We know that breath and relaxation are connected , but did you ever thought that breath can also impact your posture ? Breath can open your chest and relaxed your muscles. So how is YOUR BREATH? Would you like to find out ? if the answer is YES, this is workshop for you.
WHAT TO EXPECT
1. Short lecture follow by analysing natural breathing
2. Active breathing practice , we will explore following breathing teachniques in yoga : Ujjayi , Sama Vritti, Visama Vritti, Antara Kumbhaka , Bahya Kumbhaka , Viloma, Nadi Shodhana.
Breath detoxifies, releases toxins and strengthens the immune system
Breath improves the respiratory system
Breath calms the nervous system
Breath strengthens the lymphatic system
Breath releases muscle tension
Breath keeps us looking youthful
Breath elevates the digestive system
Breath improves the cardiovascular system
DO'S & DON'TS
No need to bring anything with you, yoga mats, blankets and towels provided.
Wear comfortable clothes.
Try not to eat a large meal beforehand.
Please do not wear heavy perfume or cologne.

at 11:45 there will be one hour Slow Flow Yoga where we will concentrate on cultivating Ujjayi breath throughout the whole class.
