Mark your calendars! The Ohio Public Health Combined Conference will take place May 14, 15 and 16, 2018 at the DoubleTree Hotel in Worthington, Ohio.
The goal of the conference is to update those interested in public health on current trends and issues within the scope of public health. Staff from all levels of the health department are welcome to attend, and continuing education credits for various disciplines will be available. Registration will open in April.
Some of this year’s plenary speakers include: Joseph Telfair, Dr.PH, MSW, MPH, President of APHA; Robyn Chatman, MD, MPH, President of OSMA; Attica Scott, MS, University of Wisconsin County Health Rankings Community Coach; and the Blue Zones Project, a project working to transform communities across the U.S. into areas where the healthy choice is easy and people live longer with a higher quality of life.
